The word "ART" appears in large, bold white capitals centered against a solid black rectangle, creating a stark, high-contrast composition that is both direct and ironic. The work's minimalist approach and quotation marks around the word suggest a conceptual inquiry into what constitutes art itself, using typography as the primary medium. Printed on clear acrylic and made to order in two sizes. A serving piece for the dinner party or a pop of color as a kitchen accent, carrying an independent artist's work instead of a big-box print.
